A little blog about.... well, about what can sometimes happen out at 168 metres.

A true story, actual.

This is me...and my happiest face

Gidday

I'm 'Papa Paulio' and this is my blobsite, put together during spare time.  No, truly... in my spare time.  I got thinking about when mum was alive, she created a bit of a record of her life for my siblings and I to read after she died.  Was a bit of a random sob story TBH and not my cup of tea, but she meant well, and it did have some interesting bits, and her thoughts interlaced with some other interesting 'stuff'. Yip, 'bits' and 'stuff'.

I thought, I have a shite ton of photos and thought, I could upload a pic and write about what was going on at that time and perhaps give some meaning to a snapshot of a moment of my lifetime.

Mostly what I write here will be for my kids, if they choose to read the stories, and their kids, if they have them or want to share.  And, they will ultimately have ownership of the content and website when, eventually... I'm dead, gone and turned into something useful to be re-purposed, like blood and bone fertilizer.  Oh, I don't go to 'heaven' or see anyone from the past...I'll be dead.  That's what happens when you die, actual. If you think otherwise, then best not ask me for access, as what I write in here might be a little raw.

For now, I will sign off and start capturing some memories and photos and put them into appropriate categories for you to check out...if you are family and have a log-in that is 🥳

Cheers, 'Papa Paulio' from New Zealand
